ASSOCIATE AGENT – HOURS & BENEFITS
• Hours: Mon to Friday 9:00 – 5:30
•Base Salary: $36,000 – $50,000 commensurate with experience and education + bonus opportunities
•Health, 401k, life policy, short and long term disability, paid vacation, and periodic work-sponsored events.
REQUIREMENTS
• Insurance license a plus but we are willing to train the right person. If hired, must pass PA insurance exam before starting the position
• Must possess excellent computer and typing skills
• People-oriented
• Self-motivated
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Enjoy a busy office atmosphere
• Have a sales-oriented focus
