Production Operator (Operator II)
As a Production Operator (Operator II) you must be able to work a 12-hour shift (6AM & 6 PM start times) with 4 days on/4 days off (overtime as needed). The Production Operator is responsible for collaboratively and safely operating and monitoring a continual chemical process, mixing/blending of materials, operating a computerized process control system and maintaining production records individually and within a team-oriented shift environment.
Oven Operator
As an Oven Operator you must be able to work a 12-hour shift (6AM & 6 PM start times) with 4 days on/4 days off (overtime as needed). The Oven Operator will safely and efficiently operate the Heat Treatment Ovens according to operating procedures, and/or as instructed. You will follow product documentation and specification for correct equipment operation (temperature and speed settings). Once proficient on the ovens, the Oven Operator may have the opportunity to safely and efficiently operate Fabrication equipment (slitter, coater, CNC and laminator) according to company procedures.
